Sr. Yield Enhancement Electrical Failure Analysis Engineer at Micron | LAYIQ

Experience leading complex electrical failure analysis and yield-improvement investigations across multiple products or technologies
Expertise with semiconductor characterization and debug tools such as uM3/Micromate, Merlin/Raptor testers, emission analysis tools, MPI probe stations, or nanoprobe systems
Deep understanding of semiconductor device physics, memory architectures, process integration, and common failure mechanisms
Experience developing automated analytics tools, dashboards, workflows, or new failure analysis methodologies that improve engineering productivity
Experience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement initiatives
