Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, defect inspection, metrology, yield engineering, or quality engineering environments.
Knowledge of FMEA, sampling methodologies, auditing practices, and excursion management processes.
Experience collaborating with global or cross-site teams to implement process improvements and technology transfers.
Proficiency with advanced data analytics, visualization tools, and AI-supported solutions for operational performance monitoring and quality improvement.
