Senior Engineer, OCT CPEE Central Mask Tape out at Micron | LAYIQ

Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field
Experience with reticle manufacturing, mask data preparation, OPC, fracture flows, tapeout operations, or related semiconductor processes
Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments and technology transfer activities
Experience applying AI tools, workflow automation, or advanced analytics to improve engineering productivity and business processes
Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical improvement initiatives across multiple sites
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex process interactions and drive data-driven decisions
Experience implementing best-known methods (BKMs) and standardizing processes across global organizations
