The Realtime Defect Analysis (RDA) and Metrology team plays a critical role in enabling world-class semiconductor manufacturing through advanced defect detection, process monitoring, and quality systems. We partner closely with manufacturing, process integration, process development, yield engineering, data science, and global high-volume manufacturing (HVM) sites to ensure process stability, defect visibility, and continuous improvement.
