LAYIQ - Staff/Senior Engineer, PROCT FE Cost Excellence at Micron

Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
6 plus years experience leading cost reduction, productivity improvement, or operational excellence initiatives
Knowledge of data analytics, programming, automation tools, or AI-enabled solutions
Experience developing dashboards, reporting tools, or business process improvement frameworks
Strong project and program management skills with experience driving complex initiatives across multiple organizations
Experience measuring and improving team or program effectiveness through defined performance metrics
Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes .
