Department Introduction
The Central Process Integration Engineering (cPIE) Loop Integration team drives process optimization, defect reduction, structural performance improvement, and technology integration across Micron's advanced DRAM and HBM manufacturing network. We are ready for the future!
The team serves as the technical owner of critical process loops including FEOL, MOL, CAP, BEOL, Uniformity, and Backside Engineering, partnering closely with Process Engineering, Yield Engineering, RDA, Manufacturing, and Technology Development teams to accelerate yield learning and qualification readiness!
