Principal Design Verification Quality Engineer at Micron | LAYIQ

Demonstrated capability to establish and advance clear, organized, and scalable verification methods or workflows across projects or teams.
Experience with requirements management, tracking systems, and structured documentation workflows (e.g., JAMA, JIRA).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to learn and apply new DRAM concepts and verification methodologies.
Experience mentoring and developing less experienced engineers through technical leadership and mentorship. Interest or experience in applying AI‑enabled approaches to improve verification efficiency, quality, or scalability.
Hands‑on experience developing analog and digital verification testbenches, using industry‑standard tools such as SystemVerilog, UVM, SpectreFx, and PrimeSim. Advanced scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, Perl, Tcl, or similar) applied to verification automation or data analysis.
