As a Process Technician 3, you will work closely with Process Development and Engineering teams to develop, implement, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes for Monarch Quantum’s photonic “engines.” This is a highly hands-on role supporting prototype builds, process development, equipment operation, troubleshooting, and transition of processes toward production.
You will operate and support a variety of precision manufacturing and laboratory equipment, execute engineering-directed processes, collect and document process data, and help identify opportunities to improve process capability, equipment performance, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with semiconductor, electronics, photonics, or precision manufacturing processes and is comfortable working directly with engineers to develop and refine processes and equipment. This role may also serve as a technical resource and subject-matter expert for specific manufacturing equipment or processes.
