Our work spans cutting-edge lithography and tight collaboration across integration, etch, deposition, and CMP to bring new nodes to life. In this role, you will lead photolithography process development for next-generation DRAM. You’ll own process modules, drive roadmap decisions, and translate concept to manufacturable solutions on pilot lines and into high-volume fabs. This is a hands-on, high-impact position working closely with cross-functional teams and equipment/material partners!
