As an HBM Memory Design Engineer – Sustaining (Staff) , you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Design Engineering (DE), Product Engineering (PE), Process Integration, Packaging, and Technology Development (TD) to analyze and resolve silicon issues across HBM products .
