The Project Director of Design and Construction oversees the entire development lifecycle of our communities, from predevelopment planning and design through construction and ultimately project turnover.

The Project Director manages budgets, schedules, quality of work, and overall project success. As the primary project contact, they coordinate internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors, and jurisdictions while fostering collaborative relationships and ensuring the timely, high-quality delivery of Class A Living Communities across various regions.
