About Us
Overview
The Dining Services Director at a Brightview community serves as a champion and coach to our team of dining associates, and an advocate to our residents with a goal of effectively managing the day to day dining services operation, but also by ensuring that our current and future residents are delivered exceptional service, delicious food, and interesting and exciting dining options.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will build, develop and manage all of the community’s dietary associates, and will work to establish a communication plan which includes our team, the residents, the family members and our guests with the goal of assuring that we are delivering excellent care and nutrition to our residents. You will act as a visible and approachable presence during meal service, engaging with residents to ensure that their dining experience exceeds expectation, and you will work with our residents and families to solicit feedback regarding Menu preferences, dining experiences and overall satisfaction during meals.
