Overview
The Associate Executive Director for Brightview will embrace the vision, the mission and the vibrancy of the organization and will help lead a team in creating and maintaining a vibrant and engaging living environment for Brightview residents… and a great place to work for its Associates. This position will initially support communities in our Baltimore Regions, with rotations and training in Howard and Anne Arundel Counties.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will work in an entrepreneurial environment and will be empowered to assist with leading your community with creativity and independence. You will help the Executive Director oversee day to day business operations to ensure exceptional quality and service, sustained resident satisfaction and associate engagement, operational efficiency, and strong financial results.
