In this role, you ensure great patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PT's & PTA's. We are thrilled with our new AI documention software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients. All of our PT's receive daily productivity bonuses (Clinic Director gets option of profit sharing) which often add up to around an extra $1300/month.
