Looking for a remote customer service and administrative role with opportunities for growth? Join Texas Physical Therapy Specialists (TexPTS), a member of the Confluent Health family, and help patients navigate their care experience from their very first interaction with our organization.
As a Remote Patient Scheduling Coordinator
, you’ll combine customer service, scheduling, administrative support, and call center responsibilities to help patients get connected with the care they need. You’ll answer questions, solve problems, coordinate appointments, and work closely with our clinic teams to create a positive patient experience.
Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required!
We encourage candidates with backgrounds in customer service, call centers, scheduling, reception, hospitality, administrative support, or other service-focused roles to apply.
*After completing paid onsite training in Live Oak, TX, you'll transition to working remotely while remaining part of a supportive and collaborative team.
***(Remote Candidates must be local to San Antonio, TX- Live Oak area)***
Full Time
Pay Rate: ~$17-$18/ HR
Flexible 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM Monday-Thursday:/ Friday: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
This is more than a scheduling position — it’s an opportunity to build valuable skills in healthcare administration, patient coordination, scheduling, insurance, and customer service.

High school diploma or GED.
Customer service or other service-focused experience preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Ability to successfully complete required training.
Remote Work
This is a remote position with work-from-home opportunities after completion of in person training.
Training will be provided to help you learn our systems, processes, scheduling procedures, and healthcare workflows. Once training requirements are successfully completed, you will transition to the remote work arrangement according to department guidelines.

Training in Live Oak Office, then Remote after training
