Overview
Herzog Contracting Corp. is currently seeking a HR Coordinator in St. Joseph, MO to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*This is a non-exhaustive overview of the job duties for this position.
Assist with recruiting, pre-employment, federal compliance and onboarding related tasks which includes an extensive amount of tracking, auditing and filing.
Support full-cycle recruiting process with a variety of administrative duties.
Assist with onboarding process including scheduling, travel arrangements, and other duties as assigned.
Assist with the processing of monthly billings and the preparation of payment for all HR related invoices.
General data entry and record keeping
Audit, track and maintain a variety of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Comply with federal and state regulations as well as contract adherence.
Ensure security of confidential information
Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Herzog's Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position.
