Overview

Herzog Railroad Services, Inc. is currently seeking a Welder/Carmen in Falls City, NE.

Duties and Responsibilities:

*This is a non-exhaustive overview of the job duties for this position.

Be able to demonstrate the skills to pass an AWS D15.1 welding certification test within 30 calendar days of employment using E 71 Ti Flux Core wire and Co2 for a shielding gas.

Must be able to perform some general repairs aided by a more skilled carmen/ welder.

Jack cars, dissemble truck components and reassemble in a timely and safe manner

Remove and reassemble raft components in a timely and safe manner.

Operate an air arc and plasma cutter.

Must come to work and be efficient, quality minded and very safety driven.
