Overview
Herzog Transit Services, Inc. is currently seeking a Full-time
Ticket Agent for the New Mexico Rail Runner in Albuquerque, NM to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*This is a non-exhaustive overview of the job duties for this position.
Provide excellent customer experience.
Communication with Customer Service.
Making on board announcements regarding service disruptions or delays.
Assisting passengers with train/bus schedules.
Assisting passengers with ticket purchases both cash and credit.
Reconcile daily train fare ticket sales.
Picking up and discarding used newspapers, litter and debris.
Reporting any safety or security concerns to the Transportation Department.
Assisting with busing for special events or service interruptions.
Operating a company vehicle to transport crews.
