Building Project Manager at Herzog | LAYIQ

High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent combinations of training and related experience preferred.
5+ years of experience in construction and managing MEP trades.
Strong grasp of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and interpreting schematics and diagrams.
Able to work with team members, subcontractors, stakeholders, owner representatives, and other parties to identify and resolve complex issues as it relates to MEP design and construction.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, and written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient use of Word, Excel, Outlook, P6, and Procore.
Pre-Employment Requirements: Subject to pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report review.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and endorsements as required per position.
Subject to pre-employment physical, medical evaluation, and drug screen.
Successfully complete and maintain any required safety certification and testing on an annual basis.
