Overview
Herzog Contracting Corp. is currently seeking a diligent
Office Engineer in Cincinnati, OH to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*This is a non-exhaustive overview of the job duties for this position.
Assist Project Manager and Project Engineer and act as support for the field.
Know the contractual obligations that Herzog has with the client and vice versa.
Support document control functions including but not limited to the processing of transmittals, submittals, and RFI’s.
Assist with cost coding labor, equipment, materials, and supplies.
Assist with the procurement and timely delivery of project materials.
Assist with Subcontract administration.
Attend and support various meetings by maintaining and distributing accurate meeting minutes.
Acquire and assist with closing construction-related permits.
