Overview
Herzog Contracting Corp. is currently seeking a Civil
Superintendent in Springfield, VA to join our team.
The pay range for this position is
$175,000.00 - $220,000.00 annually.
The pay range for this position is for the project assignment at Franconia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*This is a non-exhaustive overview of the job duties for this position.
Collaborate frequently with project team, client representatives, utility companies, and subcontractors.
Plan, coordinate, supervise, forecast and assume responsibility for onsite production functions including maintaining schedule, verification of compliance, engineering, budget, equipment needs, material and equipment control.
Provide technical assistance through interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment as required.
