Responsibilities
- As our Front Office Coordinator, you will: Meet and greet our patients both face to face and over the phone.
- Develop productive schedules.
- Manage patient documents and records.
- Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
- Collect payment at time of service.
- Navigate insurance and submit claims.
- Additional responsibilities as needed to support front office success.
Qualifications
- Required Qualifications: 1+ year of experience working in Dental
- Experience and comfort with dental insurance
- Demonstrated experience to met and exceed goals
- Experience collecting payments
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Dental operations
- Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
- Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or MacPractice
