7:45am – 5:00pm
Tuesday:
7:45am – 5:00pm
Wednesday:
7:45am – 5:00pm
Thursday:
6:45am – 3:00pm
Friday
: 8:00am – 1:00pm (catch-up day)
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: OFF
Responsibilities
- The Dental Front Office Coordinator will (but not limited to) : Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
- Accurate data entry skills
- Develop productive schedules.
- Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
- Manage patient documents and records.
- Process and complete claim forms.
- Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Required Qualifications: 1+ year of Dental Front Office experience working in dentistry or related field.
- Knowledge of insurance verification.
- Strong customer service experience .
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Denticon is a plus!
