Responsibilities

- Lead and participate in staff meetings with skills including facilitation, training, and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with the doctor and other team leaders on resolving conflicts that affect daily operations.
- Support of the overall goals and strategies, per the Annual Plan.
- Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
- Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
- Engage in the Spear Analytics Platform, Action Center, My Day, and Weekly/Monthly Reports to be accountable for the systems involved in the back-office experience.
- Supervise and monitor lab work, sterilization, x-ray protocols, chairside assisting, and new technology (Cerec, CBCT, etc.)
Qualifications
- Required Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of dental assisting experience preferred
- CEREC and scanning experience
- Prior leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
- Experience with digital dentistry and modern technology is a plus
- Current Arizona radiography certification required
