Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Manage and track orders for marketing materials, supplies, promotional items, business cards, flyers, coupons, and other items needed by the Restaurant Group.
Maintain organized tracking of orders, deliveries, requests, and outstanding tasks.
Create simple, professional marketing materials using
Canva
, including flyers, coupons, promotional pieces, and other collateral.
Upload and organize photos and other content within designated digital platforms.
Assist with gift card administration, including tracking, organization, and fulfillment.
Assist with donation requests and maintain accurate records and tracking.
Provide general administrative and marketing support to the Restaurant Group.
Monitor a weekly task list and independently follow up on assignments to ensure deadlines are met.
Work with team members to gather information and complete projects efficiently.
Maintain organized electronic files, documents, photos, and marketing materials.
Support other administrative and marketing projects as needed.
