Custodial Lead – Benedict Campus Facilities
Thompson Facility Services is looking for a Custodial Lead who is responsible for coordinating, assigning, and overseeing day-to-day Custodial and Floor Care Operation across campus facilities. Who’s passionate about keeping our facilities at
Benedict College spotless, our team motivated, and our operations running smoothly. This role provides hands-on operational support while also serving as the primary on-site lead for Custodians, Floor Care Tech, Floor Care Project Tech ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with campus standards.
The Custodial Lead is responsible for leading custodial staff, floor care tech and ensuring campus facilities are maintained to the highest cleanliness and sanitation standards, and supporting a safe, welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors, you’ll be a key player in making sure every guest, visitor, and team member enjoys a clean and comfortable experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
