Join our team as a Supervisor at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore
! As a supervisor in our college dining facility, you'll lead front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our campus. You'll oversee and guide a team, manage daily tasks, handle customer inquiries, and drive staff performance. Your role includes training new staff and collaborating to enhance dining efficiency. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate dining facility staff, assigning tasks and providing guidance for smooth operations and service quality.
- Train and instruct staff on customer service, complaint resolution, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and waste reduction to optimize efficiency and control costs.
- Conduct training for new and current employees on safety, service protocols, and job-specific tasks.
