Overview
Austin Grill is seeking a Serve r to join our team. As a Serer, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service to create memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up banquet and event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and place settings according to event specifications.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner, following established service guidelines.
- Interact with guests to fulfill their requests, provide information about menu items, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bartending staff to ensure that food and drinks are delivered promptly and accurately.
- Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils during and after events, maintaining a clean and organized banquet area.
- Assist in breaking down banquet setups and returning event spaces to their original condition.
