As a vital member of our culinary team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining food quality, and supporting a positive, efficient team environment. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, to ensure dishes are prepared to our quality standards.
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to maintain a cohesive and efficient team.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control, and address any issues promptly.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs.
