Medical Office Assistant to join our collaborative care team. This hybrid role combines front and back office responsibilities to help deliver exceptional care and support to our patients.

Must have a Medical Asst. diploma/certificaiton.

Job Details

What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patient care and keeping our practice running smoothly. Your day-to-day work will directly impact our patients’ health and experience.
Prepare exam rooms: sanitize, stock supplies, and ensure medications/vaccines are ready for the day
Review upcoming appointments and identify gaps in care (mammograms, colonoscopies, immunizations, etc.)
