Job Details

As an Infusion RN, you will:

Deliver and coordinate home health infusion therapy.

Develop and update a care plan in collaboration with physicians, the patient, and caregivers.

Educate patients and caregivers on treatment, medication, and health management.

Ensure interdisciplinary collaboration for holistic care delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

New York State RN license
Minimum of one year of recent hands on experience as a Registered Nurse.
Basic Life Support Certification
Valid New York State Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Compensation

Salary Range

USD $60.50 - USD $78.50 /Hr.
