M-F 8 AM- 4 PM

Our comprehensive heart failure program provides APPs the opportunity to practice at the top of their license while contributing to life-saving advanced cardiac therapies.
Position Summary
St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center is seeking a highly skilled
Inpatient Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Comprehensive Congestive Heart Failure Program.
The APP will provide advanced, evidence-based care to patients with acute and chronic heart failure across all stages of disease severity, including complex and advanced therapies. This role practices collaboratively with board-certified Heart Failure Cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, intensivists, nurses, and multidisciplinary specialists to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate inpatient care.
