Responsibilities
- Assesses, plans, implements, monitors and evaluates options and services to effect an appropriate individualized plan of care for patients across the acute care continuum using independent judgment and discretion.
- Requirement
- NYS RN License
- B.S. in Nursing 3-5 yrs.
- BLS certified with the American Heart Association
- Recent med/surg or cardiac experience, PRI and/or case management certification preferred.
