Overview
Serves as a strategic partner to the Chief of Health Plans, providing executive-level support for strategic planning, business performance, decision-making, and execution of key priorities. Synthesizes complex financial, clinical, operational, regulatory, quality, and member experience information into actionable insights, recommendations, and executive communications; coordinates the Health Plans leadership agenda and operating cadence; and translates strategic priorities into measurable objectives, milestones, and accountabilities.
Works across Health Plans and enterprise functions, leads and coordinates high-priority cross-functional initiatives, monitors progress, risks, dependencies, and commitments, and promotes accountability and alignment. Supports executive and governance activities, including preparation for leadership, Board, committee, and regulatory discussions, and serves as a key liaison among the Chief of Health Plans, senior leadership, and enterprise stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making and execution.
