Overview
The Senior Electronic Healthcare Systems Analyst is a superuser of home care home care (HCHB) for hospice and knowledgeable of efficiencies and best practices in HCHB for hospice programs. They are responsible for ensuring timely implementation of compliance and regulatory requirements in the EHR and software systems utilized for hospice. Acts a liaison between EHR and clinical software vendors (internal and external) for hospice team.
Responsible for coordinating and delegating work within the department relating to software education. Coordinates with other service lines for symbiotic EHR needs and best practices. Communicates with appropriate management and leadership regarding enhancements, providing regular reports on key metrics in EHR in relation to efficiencies of practice within the EHR. Analyzes efficiencies in documentation and works with clinical leadership, hospice quality team and field clinicians for integration of continuous improvement.
