Facility Event Room Set Up

Overview

Under the direct supervision of the Sr. Director or designee, Facility Event Room set up is responsible for executing the setup and breakdown of furniture, Tables and chairs for events, meetings, and daily operations across campus facilities. This role ensures that all arrangements meet institutional standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Move, arrange, and maintain furniture and materials as needed.
• Inspect completed setups for quality, safety, and compliance with institutional standards.
• Maintain inventory of setup equipment and report damage or shortages.
• Ensure timely completion of setups and breakdowns, sometimes under tight schedules.
