Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a key support role within the Digital Marketing & Audience Development team, providing hands-on assistance across artist and label campaigns. The role will work closely with Digital, Marketing, Social & Content, Influencer and wider label teams to support domestic and international artist campaigns across paid, owned and earned digital channels. The Coordinator will build and deliver email communications, support database growth and segmentation, and maintain CRM best practice.

Alongside this, they will gain broad experience across digital marketing, including social media, content, creator campaigns, digital platforms, reporting and campaign coordination.

What you'll do:

• Digital Campaign Support
• Serve as a key contact for the digital marketing team, collaborating with internal managers, artists, labels, and external partners to deliver domestic and international campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day project workflows, including campaign timelines, tracking documents, asset folders, release links, and general digital housekeeping.
• Support paid media execution, creator and influencer activations, fan acquisition pages, competitions, and pre-save campaigns
• Social, Content & Owned Channels
• Support the delivery and scheduling of social media plans across label-owned platforms, including TikTok and Instagram, while contributing to overall channel strategy.
• Capture mobile-first content at live shows, events, and artist shoots, performing basic short-form video editing like cutting clips, subtitling, and adding trending audio.
• Identify strategic opportunities across social channels and campaign touchpoints to convert social followers into owned channel audiences.
• CRM & Audience Development
• Build, schedule, and execute targeted email and SMS CRM campaigns for artist and label accounts, maintaining the master CRM calendar.
• Grow first-party fan databases by managing data capture across websites, pre-saves, and competitions while maintaining CRM data hygiene and privacy compliance.
• Develop, test, and optimise automated fan journeys, sign-up flows, and lifecycle messaging to improve overall campaign conversion.
• Reporting & Insights
• Collect and analyse campaign metrics across social, CRM, paid media, and UGC activity using internal and external reporting tools.
• Consolidate performance data into regular reports and share actionable insights to inform future marketing strategy and campaign optimization.
• Trends, Innovation & Team Development
• Monitor emerging digital trends, platform updates, streaming features, and internet culture to identify creative opportunities for artists.
• Prepare internal presentations, case studies, and educational updates for the broader marketing team and assist in key digital partner meetings
• Who you are: Passionate about music, digital culture, and how audiences engage with artists across social, streaming, and emerging platforms.
• Creative, curious, and proactive, with an interest in audience development, CRM, and content strategy.
• Data-literate, able to interpret campaign performance and turn insights into action.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong communicator and collaborative team player who enjoys working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in digital marketing, CRM, social media, content, or the wider entertainment industry.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
