What You'll Earn
- $20–$24/hour based on experience and certification
- $15.16/hour during your training period, with your RBT exam and certification costs fully covered by us
- Up to $9,000 in tuition assistance, whether you're pursuing your BCBA, a master's degree, or a related career in physical health
- 30 guaranteed hours/week once certified (client cancellations don't affect your paycheck)
