About the Role
As Workshop and Warehouse Supervisor you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of ARX’s Central London workshop and warehouse facilities and develop systems and processes to keep them safe, clean, secure, organised and efficient. Working hand-in-glove with the Technical and Mission Operations departments, you will be entrusted with a high degree of autonomy and ownership to create and maintain flexible, high-performing workspaces that enable ARX’s mission delivery and accelerate our rapid growth in the UK.
You will bring organisation, initiative and a ‘can-do’ attitude to a uniquely wide-ranging role spanning logistics, inventory management, supply chain, maintenance, repair and more. This is a hands-on role where you will be working with the very latest in military robotics and technology.
What You’ll Build
- Organise the workshop and warehouse facilitates in order to supercharge our technical operations and mission deployments
- Implement systems and processes to maintain a safe, organised and efficient working environment
