Shift work/On call working mode will be required.

Valid driver's license is required for this role.

Domestic and International travel of at least 25%~50% will be required for this role.

The actual job grade will be determined based on skill set and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent execution of installation and support of hardware issues.
• Ensure the relevance of technical information used by internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure communication vehicles, e.g. telephone, email, and presentation, etc. are able to facilitate efficient and consistent customer follow-up.
• Additional assigned tasks when necessary.
• Business travel when necessary. ( travel frequency 50% a year)
• Adhere to safety guidelines and industry standards while working on-site, ensuring all activities are compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
• Collect and communicate field data, customer feedback, and equipment performance insights to internal teams for continuous product and service improvement.
• Requirement: Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• No prior experience required, but internships or hands-on experience in a related field is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, or automation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering diagrams.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software for equipment troubleshooting.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work at customer sites.

• 1. 負責現場設備安裝與硬體支援作業，確保作業品質與效率。
• 2. 確保提供給內部團隊與客戶的技術資訊正確且即時。
• 3. 與客戶保持良好溝通與即時追蹤服務狀況。
• 4. 配合主管交辦之其他任務。
• 5. 現場工作時需遵守公司及法規之安全規範，確保作業合乎標準。
• 6. 收集現場數據、客戶回饋與設備運作狀況，提供給內部團隊作為產品與服務優化的參考依據。
• 職務要求：
• 1. 電機、機械、自動化、機電整合或相關科系大學以上學歷。
• 2. 無須相關工作經驗，具實習經驗或相關專題、實作經驗尤佳。
• 3. 具備基礎的電機、機械或自動化系統知識。
• 4. 能閱讀並理解技術手冊、電路圖與工程圖面。
• 5. 熟悉使用診斷工具及基礎故障排除軟體尤佳。
• 6. 具備良好的服務態度及中、英文溝通能力（英文具基礎程度），能在快速變動的工作環境中靈活應對。
• 7. 具獨立作業能力，亦能配合團隊合作
• 8. 可配合頻繁出差並至客戶現場作業。
• 此職務需配合輪班及 On-call工作安排。
• 需持有有效汽車駕照。
• 實際職等將依個人資格條件、專業能力及相關工作經驗評估決定。
