Customer Service Representative

Start Club is a growing marketing and customer engagement firm that works with well-known brands to create meaningful connections with their customers. We specialize in face-to-face marketing, customer acquisition, and brand representation, helping our clients grow through personalized interactions.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as a positive, professional representative for our clients and their customers.

What You’ll Do

Represent our clients in a professional and personable manner
Interact directly with customers in a variety of settings
Educate customers on products, services, and available solutions
Answer questions and provide a positive customer experience
Build genuine relationships with customers and identify their needs
Assist with customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
Communicate product and service information clearly and confidently
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development programs
Track customer interactions and provide feedback to management
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals

Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills

Professional and confident in a face-to-face environment
Goal-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliable, energetic, and willing to take initiative
Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or communications experience is a plus, but not required
