We are seeking an experienced, hands-on IT Operations Manager to join our team. This role focuses on managing enterprise-wide infrastructure with an emphasis on identity and access management (IAM), system reliability, and workflow automation. Your scope spans corporate IT — offices, data center, endpoints, and SaaS — while also playing a supporting role in our autonomous trucking operations.
You will lead a small IT team while remaining an active individual contributor — owning escalations, driving projects, and setting technical direction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment where they can build scalable processes, mature our security posture, and directly shape how IT operates as the company grows.
