Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Team Lead to join a fast-growing hospitality brand specializing in aesthetically curated vacation rentals. This is a critical leadership role that bridges the gap between high-touch guest experience, operational excellence, and strategic growth. You will ensure our properties maintain the highest standards of quality while driving supplemental sales and managing vital relationships with property owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee guest communications with a strict ten-minute response time requirement to ensure a premium experience.
• Manage cleaning reports and review property photos to ensure every home meets our rigorous SOP standards.
• Refine existing workflows and create new SOPs to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Manage ongoing communication with property owners, providing updates and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Dedicate approximately one hour daily to supplemental sales activities to drive revenue growth.
• Execute "Think Like An Owner" projects, special initiatives designed to improve the business's bottom line and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on team performance against base KPIs and the "Focus of the Month."

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Real Estate or Hospitality.
• Proven mastery of Objection Handling and high-level negotiation.
• Native-level fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Availability to work a strict PST 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule.
• Experience with Cold Calling, Cold Emailing, and conducting Discovery Calls.
• Proficiency with Slack and Monday.com.
• Previous experience in the short-term rental or vacation rental industry.
