About the Role
The Manager, External Communications – Creative Content and Reputation will help shape and amplify H&R Block’s external voice through strategic storytelling, brand reputation initiatives, and integrated communications across media, social, and owned channels.
This is a hands-on role that blends strategy with execution, requiring someone who can not only develop compelling narratives but also bring them to life through video production, content creation, social assets, and visually engaging campaigns that connect our brand to real customer needs.

- Lead external communications strategies that build brand awareness and protect company reputation
- Develop and execute PR, media relations, and enterprise storytelling initiatives
- Create engaging content across social, digital, video, and earned media channels
- Produce video content from concept and storyboarding through filming, editing, and post-production
- Design platform-specific creative assets including graphics, motion content, and short-form video
- Ensure all content and campaigns align with brand standards and messaging guidelines
