About the Role
The Project Manager, Technology Integration is responsible for the successful onsite deployment, implementation, and stabilization of technology hardware and end-user technology environments within newly acquired CPA, tax and accounting firms
. This individual contributor serves as the primary technology integration resource during the acquisition process, ensuring acquired offices are fully operational, connected, and aligned with enterprise technology standards.
Working closely with Acquisitions & Development, Information Technology, Information Security and local office leadership, the Project Manager, Technology Integration supports all post-close phases of technology integration, from Day 1 readiness, hardware deployment, user enablement, and post-integration stabilization.
This role requires extensive travel and a hands-on approach to installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and coordinating technology solutions that enable associates to quickly transition into the organization's technology ecosystem while minimizing business disruption.
- Partner with Acquisitions & Development, IT, and integration teams to assess technology environments within prospective acquisitions
