As a seasonal

Sr Tax Associate at H&R Block, you’ll build on your first year of tax experience by preparing more complex returns, strengthening client relationships, and growing your expertise. You’ll receive ongoing training, teammate support, and competitive hourly pay and incentive plan.

This role is in-person at a local H&R Block tax office.

• Meet with returning and new clients to gather information, understand their tax situation, and prepare complete, accurate returns
• Apply the tax knowledge and client service skills you built in your first season to handle a broader range of client needs with greater independence
• Explain tax information clearly, answer client questions, and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant H&R Block products and services
• Use problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address unique situations, leveraging available resources and guidance when needed
• Build lasting client relationships and contribute to office priorities through teamwork, collaboration, and a client-first approach
