How You'll Contribute
Kaufman Rossin is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Service Line Marketer to support our Risk Advisory Services practice as the day-to-day marketing and business development lead. This role will own the go-to-market strategy for Risk Advisory Services practice and translate leadership priorities into positioning, campaigns, content, sales enablement, and business development initiatives that drive qualified pipeline, client wins, brand awareness, and long-term client loyalty.
The Service Line Marketer will sit within the Marketing Center of Excellence, with a dotted line to the Risk Advisory Practice Leader. This individual will be embedded within the practice and work closely with leadership, professionals, Business Development, and Marketing team members across content, digital, PR, operations, and events.
Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for Risk Advisory, aligning marketing and business development efforts with practice priorities.
Develop and refine positioning, differentiators, and ideal client profiles to support market growth and firm strategy.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns, including webinars, thought leadership, account-based marketing, events, email nurture, and LinkedIn initiatives.
Partner with subject matter experts to develop articles, whitepapers, case studies, client-ready materials, and other thought leadership content.
Create sales enablement tools, including proposals, pitch decks, talk tracks, competitive insights, and pursuit materials.
Support pipeline growth by building target account lists, monitoring funnel activity, and facilitating regular pipeline and account reviews.
Partner with Marketing, Business Development, and practice leadership to leverage shared resources and ensure alignment across initiatives.
Oversee event strategy and execution, including sponsorships, partnerships, and post-event follow-up to maximize ROI.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, ensuring CRM accuracy and delivering actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements
Skills You’ll Bring
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or business development, ideally within accounting, consulting, financial services, or a professional services environment.
Experience with go-to-market strategy, campaign development, and account-based marketing.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex subject matter into clear, compelling client-facing content.
Experience developing sales enablement materials and supporting proposal or pursuit processes.
Exposure to CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including SEO, AEO, GEO, SEM, paid social, and LinkedIn.
Strong analytical skills with an understanding of KPIs, pipeline metrics, and campaign performance.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior team members.
