JOB SUMMARY
The LPN / LVN provides professional, direct client care in a medical detoxification and residential program settings in accordance with established program procedures. This position collaborates with efforts of health team members and in accordance with the nursing process and standards of care and practice.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee fulfillment of patient’s medical orders, address patient medical concerns.
