About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Chief Engineer to lead the technical opening, turnover, and ongoing operation of a new luxury residential building. This is an opportunity to build the engineering function from the ground up, establish reliable operating practices, and ensure the property is safe, efficient, and fully prepared for residents.
The Chief Engineer will work closely with the General Manager, development and construction teams, vendors, consultants, residents, and association leadership. This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership, planning, vendor management, and a commitment to exceptional service.
