About the team

Join a global data team focused on delivering impactful insights and driving strategic initiatives across Fireblocks. As a Senior GTM Analyst, you'll shape data-informed decisions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations by combining strong analytical fundamentals with AI-native ways of working.

This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, where you'll manage multiple initiatives, collaborate closely with analysts, GTM leaders, and business stakeholders, and use AI-powered tooling as a core part of how you analyze, automate, and deliver.

What you'll do

• Build AI-powered analytical solutions that let stakeholders answer their own questions, including semantic layers/views, database agents, and conversational analytics on top of our warehouse.
• Perform deep data analysis to uncover trends, inform go-to-market strategy, and deliver recommendations that enhance growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with GTM leadership to define clear KPIs across the funnel - pipeline, conversion, ARR, retention, expansion, and churn - that reflect both GTM performance and company goals.
• Own the quality of AI-generated analysis: design and run evaluations, validate accuracy against ground truth, and iterate on prompts and semantic definitions to improve reliability.
• Automate recurring analysis and reporting with AI-assisted workflows, freeing time for higher-value analytical work.
• Work with Data Engineers on scalable, consistent data models that enable deeper insights, including customer segmentation, account scoring and prioritization, and agent-driven automation.
• Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate delivery and raise your own engineering velocity.
• Present insights in a clear and professional manner to support decision-making across the organization.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of experience as an Analyst, with a focus on GTM, revenue, sales, or marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in a working context: prompt engineering, agent-based tooling, and evaluating model output quality.
• Healthy skepticism toward AI output, with the judgment and rigor to verify results before they reach stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Clear and effective communicator, able to present complex data insights and AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to work independently as part of a global team.
• Practical knowledge of MCP, database agents, and semantic views/YAMLs - Snowflake as a database agent platform - advantage.
• Experience working with CRM and GTM systems data (Salesforce, marketing automation, customer success platforms) - advantage.
• Proficiency in data warehouse modeling, ETL processes, and advanced SQL querying.
• Experience with dbt (dbt Cloud preferred) for analytics engineering workflows - advantage.
• Familiarity with financial services, fintech, digital assets, or Web3 - advantage.

What success looks like

Within your first year, you own the KPIs and analytical narrative for the GTM funnel, have shipped AI-powered analytical tooling that measurably reduces ad-hoc request load, and are a trusted partner to Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership on both insight and AI-driven decision support.
